Ellie S. Grageda

In early 2020 all spas and bodywork studios were forced to shut down. People who depended on massage therapy had to get a doctor’s note, which was nearly impossible. The other option was to do without the healing gift of bodywork, causing devastation to people’s mental and physical health. This is when Mobile Fascia’s journey in the Napa Valley, began.

Ellie created Mobile Fascia in hopes of bringing health and wellness back to the valley when people needed it most. She started off strictly as a mobile massage business that eventually turned into her dream of being full time in her very own bodywork studio. Mobile Fascia brings in other healers and therapists of all kinds from around the valley, cultivating a holistic, healing experience and culture to our community here in Napa.

Either you have an old injury that is causing a decreased range of motion, or you are looking for a new holistic approach to alleviate some of the pain you are in, mental or physical, Mobile Fascia is exactly where you should be.

As a second-generation Certified Massage Therapist and graduate of California’s leading college of massage therapy, Ellie has the knowledge to help you meet your goals.

Meet Erin Trosky, an Apprentice of Mobile Fascia:

Erin graduated from Sonoma State University in the spring of 2023 with her Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and is currently enrolled at the National Holistic Institute as a massage therapy student. She is a dancer by trade and the study of movement is her passion, as well as helping others. Erin is looking forward to becoming certified in massage therapy and continuing to pursue her passion by combining the facilitation of healing and movement into one.
