What is Fascia (FASH-uh)?
Fascia is a thin connective tissue that surrounds our organs, bones and muscles.
Fascia is sensitive and when the body lacks mobility or suffers an injury, the fascia will become tight, constricted causing it to fester and grow.
This is how our bodies get adhesions or “knots”, frozen shoulder, lack of flexibility, etc.
